Details for the Extravaganza
The details for the show are now available. It will be held at the Boys & Girls Clubhouse in American Canyon, 60 Benton Way, on Saturday, May 17, from noon to 6pm. In addition to the show, we’ll also introduce ParkFest, an outdoor concert. Combined, we hope to give the community a full day of art, music and food.

We are fortunate to have three outstanding judges for this year’s event. They are listed below, with more background included in the Call For Art:
- Jan Lightfoot, photography
- Janet Barnes, painting
- Suzanne Long, ceramics/sculpture
The deadline to enter art is Friday, May 2. There will be two divisions: Youth (18 and younger) and Adult. Entry fees are the same as last year: $10/entry for members; $20 for nonmembers; and $10 for youth, which includes a one year ACAF membership. Limit of three entries for adults; one for youth.
We will award First, Second and Third place winners in all categories, as well as a “Best of Show.” Cash awards will be based on the number of entries, and will be announced at the brief awards ceremony at the end of the event.
We also plan on having a silent auction to help raise funds for the Foundation. We use those funds to support student scholarships, public art projects, cultural arts programs, and community events. If you would like to help sponsor the Foundation, please go to our fundraising page.
