Fall 2025 Student Art Contest
The American Canyon Arts Foundation, in partnership with Fifth District Supervisor Belia Ramos, announces the opening of our Fall Student Art Contest. The deadline to enter is Friday, November 7, 2025.
You can download the Flyer here, or enter online here. As with the Spring Contest, scholarships will be awarded to the top three artists, along with a “People’s Choice” winner. The scholarship amounts are listed here.
- First Place: $500
- Second Place: $250
- Third Place: $100
- People’s Choice: $50
In addition, every student that enters will be given a complementary student membership with the American Canyon Arts Foundation.
As noted above, the deadline to enter is Friday, November 7. You enter online, and you will need to upload a digital copy of your work. You will also need to drop off your artwork to one of the teachers at the schools within the Fifth District. After you enter, you will receive an email giving you additional details. The art will be judged based on the actual artwork, and not a digital copy.
The winners will be announced at a reception held in Supervisor Ramos’ American Canyon office, located at City Hall. The reception will be on Wednesday, December 10, from 4:30 to 5:30. All of the artwork will be on display at that time.
After the reception, the artwork will be kept at Supervisor Ramos’ office, but the top three artists will have their artwork professionally framed, thanks to the Napa County Library. That art will be on display at the library. We also hope to show the artwork at various locations in American Canyon, including the Chamber’s Welcome Center and an Artists Reception at ACAF’s Art Space, located in The Mikolajcik Center (300 Napa Junction Road). The People’s Choice will be online only, and will open from November 17 through December 5. We will announce the link to the artwork after the entry deadline, or you can always check in by going to our website: www.amcanart.org, or our Facebook Page.
Our first art show was held in May of this year. We had 12 students enter their work, and the winning artist was Aidan Agtarap. See the entries below.
