Our Fifth Annual Pumpkin Path

Each year, on the first Saturday in October, we show up with hundreds of pumpkins and let everyone who stops by, a chance to paint their pumpkin! This free and fun event gets bigger each year.

We really want to extend our biggest shout out to the local Walmart Store, who graciously donated the pumpkins for this year’s event. Other sponsors included the City of American Canyon, the Kiwanis Club, Recology and others.

In addition to painting pumpkins, we invite other community groups as well. This year we had the Cat People hung out with us (actually, the American Canyon Community Cats). And, as always, the local 4H Club sold their own home grown pumpkins (much bigger than ours!)

Next year, we want to expand the list of groups invited to our event, and perhaps add music and other fun activities! But for now, enjoy some of the scenes from this year’s event. And remember, all the pumpkins go away on November 3!
