Juneteenth Festival – Year Five

We are celebrating our fifth year of producing American Canyon’s Juneteenth Celebration with some exciting news.

First, we relocated the event from Main Street Park on Father’s Day to the opening day of the Chamber’s very successful “Meet Me in the Street” program–on Wednesday, June 10, from 5-8pm.

Second, our partner, Brenda Knight of Brenda Knight Events, is retiring, but she has worked with us to secure the talents of yet another local promoter–Mark Elliott of A-LIST MUSIQ CIRCLE. Although the program will be shorter, we will still have plenty of performers on hand, both on the front stage as well as throughout the area. A combination of musicians and street performers.

The event is free and open to the public. And it offers a great opportunity to enjoy the Chamber’s Meet Me in the Street program. This event is held on the second Wednesday during the months of June, July, August and now September! Located on American Canyon Road, from James to Elliott, and also centered around Northampton Park, where our Juneteenth Festival will be based.
